Beware of Fraudulent Emails Impersonating HKT Business Customer Service

We have recently identified fraudulent emails impersonating HKT Business Customer Service, sending false service notifications in an attempt to mislead customers into clicking unknown links contained within the emails.
Should you receive any suspicious email, please verify the sender's email domain first and remain vigilant. For any email from an unknown source, with suspicious content, or containing untrusted URLs, please do not click on any links, and do not provide any personal, account, or login information.
If you have any doubts about the content of an email you have received, please verify it through official HKT channels or contact your dedicated Account Manager to avoid any potential loss.
For enquiries, existing SME customers are welcome to contact us via our dedicated WhatsApp hotline.
