PrimeCredit - one of Hong Kong leading money lending companies – is expanding rapidly and now has over 500 staff. They were looking for an efficient way to record the growing number of conversations between its staff and customers. But they believed that the only solution was an expensive and disruptive upgrade to their telecom network.
HKT had an alternative solution however. Enterprise Centrex is an OPEX based IPT solution that would enable PrimeCredit to record and retrieve all their calls easily via a simple web-based user portal, backed up by a secure Cloud platform.
Enterprise Centrex, also provided a managed facility that allowed PrimeCredit to integrate different phone networks for internal short-code dialing, increased work efficiency, and secure voice recording. They also saved on maintenance, manpower and operating costs.
HKT was able to migrate 300 phone sets to the new system within 2 days during the last Christmas holidays. The new solution allows PrimeCredit to easily expand its systems and enjoy evergreen features including messaging and video communication tools.
