HKT x Bel Fuse Adapt Multi-Cloud to Boost Productivity︱HKT

Bel Fuse is a U.S. company which designs, manufactures and markets a broad array of products that power, protect and connect electronic circuits. In order to cut costs and increase their flexibility, Bel Fuse decided to migrate their on-premise Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
 
During their 2-month User Acceptance Test (UAT), they experienced high latency and frequent disconnections when trying to access their ERP system through the public Internet. This was obviously unsatisfactory and presented a high potential risk of sensitive data leakage.
 
As time was pressing, they needed to find a partner who could deliver a fast, reliable and secure connection to the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) where their ERP system is hosted. HKT was able to meet their requirements, with an option that allowed them scale up their bandwidth as they planned to extend their ERP system in the future.

During the implementation stage, HKT’s professional onboarding services helped Bel Fuse with their cloud network design, their interconnect set-up, and network troubleshooting to ensure the connectivity was fully ready for use.
